We are excited to present an array of impressive new features and enhancements, all aimed at elevating your experience to new heights. Customize your patient portal with expanded options for branding and user interface, establishing a unique online presence through custom domains. Seamlessly manage financial transactions with our new refund, cancellation, chargeback, and disputes functionalities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Most notably, we have prioritized security with the implementation of hybrid encryption, combining public key encryption and symmetric AES to safeguard data-at-rest, data-in-transit, and data-in-use like never before. In addition, this release addresses various bug fixes and optimizations, enhancing the platform's overall reliability and performance. 🚀 Features
Patient Data and Security: Implemented new and more secure methods of patient data encryption for increased security and additional layers of HIPAA compliance. By combining public key encryption for key exchange and symmetric AES encryption for bulk data encryption, our platform achieves an optimal balance of security and efficiency. Public key encryption ensures the secure exchange of symmetric keys, while symmetric AES encryption efficiently protects the actual data during transmission. This hybrid encryption approach empowers our platform to deliver unparalleled security and performance.
Flow Builder: Introduced a feature to facilitate the creation of signup questions in your flows. You can now customize the signup page like all the other question types, and choose where in the flow you want to request patients to sign-in.
Checkout and Order Processing: A new checkout switch question type. Added the ability to automatically identify, using URL parameter's, which medication a patient selected on a landing page, and route them to the corresponding checkout page accordingly. No more asking the patient which medication they want during the visit if they already selected the medication on a landing page. We also added a button to resume incomplete sessions in the patient portal if a patient access the patient portal before ever making any purchases or completing any treatments.
Archive: You previously were unable to delete objects you add to your account. Now you can archive things such as products, questionnaires, questions, patients, orders and treatments. This way, you won’t be deleting anything by accident, as we can always revert a mistakenly archived item. You can also now see any archived items by selecting the “Show Archived” checkbox within the relevant table.
Landing Page Builder: You can now harness the power of gradients as colors across various page elements, seamlessly integrate engaging video and image carousels, and even include custom HTML or iframes to craft unique and captivating landing pages. With a wide array of additional enhancements waiting for you to explore, we invite you to experience the full potential of our upgraded landing page builder.
Dispute Management: With enhanced handling and streamlined workflows, you can now effectively manage disputes with greater ease and efficiency.
Treatment Management: Added the ability to import treatments (Questionnaire + Medication) at the same time. This enhancement empowers users to easily use treatment templates with ease and upload treatment data in bulk, streamlining the process and saving valuable time.
Pharmacy and Prescription Management: Introducing a new Pharmacist Role tailored specifically for pharmacists utilizing Bask as their go-to Pharmacy OS for dispensing. This enhancement enables pharmacists to harness the full potential of our platform, streamlining their workflow and optimizing their pharmacy operations.
